Delivery

We ship from Kyiv with Nova Poshta — within Ukraine and worldwide.

Worldwide

• Parcels travel with Nova Poshta Global.
• Shipping is calculated in the cart and included in your order total: $20 for most pieces, $30 for decor.
• Shipping is charged once per item, not per unit: two identical mugs travel on one shipping fee.
• Any customs duties or import taxes in the destination country are paid by the recipient.
• If we cannot ship to your country, we will write to you and refund the order in full.

Within Ukraine

• Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker, chosen during checkout.
• Shipping is paid on collection at Nova Poshta's own rates, so it is not added to the order total.
• There is no pickup in person — we are a studio, not a shop with a counter.

When we ship

• Pieces in stock leave within 1–3 working days.
• Pieces made to order take about 14 days. Ceramics cannot be hurried: they dry and fire at their own pace.
• We email the tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves, and you can follow it on the tracking page.
