Returns

If an item somehow "doesn't click" with you, it can be returned within 14 days.
The item must be in its original condition: no cracks, chips, or traces of a lively home life.
Items made to order with a custom inscription, custom shapes, or other personal changes are non-returnable — after all, they were made just for you. Tumblers and mugs with ready-made inscriptions from the catalogue are returned under the general terms.
The return is shipped at the buyer's expense, and we refund the money after receiving and inspecting the item.
If the problem is on our side — we'll sort everything out quickly and without any extra stress.
