Returns

  • If an item somehow "doesn't click" with you, it can be returned within 14 days.
  • The item must be in its original condition: no cracks, chips, or traces of a lively home life.
  • Personalised orders (with inscriptions, individual changes, custom shapes) are non-returnable — after all, they were made just for you.
  • The return is shipped at the buyer's expense, and we refund the money after receiving and inspecting the item.
  • If the problem is on our side — we'll sort everything out quickly and without any extra stress.
