Payment

Payment is made by card online, before we ship.

How it works

• After placing your order you are taken to the secure plata by mono page, where the payment happens.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• Card details are entered on the bank's side. We never see them and never store them.
• There is no cash on delivery.

Prices and currency

• Prices on this site are shown in US dollars, but every charge is made in Ukrainian hryvnia — that is the only currency our acquirer settles in.
• The hryvnia amount is worked out at the National Bank of Ukraine rate with a small buffer, and it is shown to you in the cart before you pay.
• Your own bank then converts that hryvnia amount at its own rate, so the figure on your statement may differ a little from the estimate.

Receipt

• Every payment gets a fiscal receipt, sent to your email automatically.
• For orders marked as a gift we leave the paper receipt out of the box, so the price stays private. The payer still receives the electronic one.

If a payment fails

• Your order does not disappear. Write to us and we will send a fresh payment link.
• If money left your account but the order was not confirmed, write too — we will sort it out with the bank.
