Warranty

  • We pack ceramics as if we were shipping them to Mars — but we still recommend inspecting the parcel right when you receive it.
  • Every item is insured for its full value, so if a "tragic incident" ever happens, the carrier pays the compensation.
  • If you notice damage, tell the carrier's operator right away and send us a photo/video within 24 hours. We'll replace the item or refund you without any extra drama.
  • Small "quirks" of shape and glaze are not defects — they are the character of handmade work.
  • If an item has already been used or had a few adventures at home, the warranty unfortunately does not apply.
